Supporting Local Heros

Until February 2025, my main focus is all about supporting local residents who generously volunteer their time for non-profit organisations.


🐾Michele from Parkwood, a fantastic school teacher who's not only shaping young minds but also runs WA Pet Project —helping those juggling choices between keeping their pets or meeting basic needs.

🚴‍♀️ Then we have Karen from Rossmoyne, the dedicated Secretary of Cycling Without Age. She's spent years growing the organisation, bringing the joy of the outdoors to those who might otherwise miss out.

🌸 Last but not least, we have Ros from Rossmoyne. Not only does she organise an annual Lady's Garden Party in the past to supporting BCNA, but she's has now decided to contribute to cancer research as a whole and Harry Perkins Cancer 200 will benefit from the funds.

When you choose to sell with me within the upcoming 12 months, you'll have the opportunity to support one of these remarkable not-for-profit organisations!

  • Charitable Donation Upon Successful Transactions:
    • After a property has been listed, and a successful offer has been negotiated, my clients will choose one of three charities. 
    • I commit to donating a minimum of $500.00 per transaction.
  • Notification and Conditions:
    • Please note that this is conditional upon the property achieving a successful settlement before the donation can be made. The process may take 7-8 weeks or shorter/longer due to contract terms.
    • This campaign will run for 12 month period and will be reviewed on a 12 monthly bases. Donations may seize after 7th Feb 2025, however I would like to see this campaign run for the foreseeable future. 
    • Given that there will be three charity options available for my clients to consider, it's important to note that there might be instances where no donations are directed towards your organisation during this period. In such cases, please be aware that the organisation or its representatives will refrain from requesting any additional donations or any compensation. 
    • In the event that a client faces difficulty deciding which charity to support, the donation will be divided evenly among the three options.
